Parent Communication Protocol

Parents will receive a list with faculty and staff email addresses.  Parents are encouraged to use these modes of communication.  Just as with voice mail, all staff should respond to parents’ email messages within 24-48 hours of the time they receive the message.  Teachers are not to take class time to respond to email.  This should be done before and after school or during planning. 


Furthermore, it is NOT acceptable for parents to email teachers daily with request of daily responses.  If you (teachers) are asked to do this, please speak with an administrator for help with a proper response.
